Jersey Cow Farm Foods produce high-quality dairy products with milk from our herd of Jersey cows, and Meadowsweet, our own brand of pure Cornish spring water bottled at the farm using water from our spring.

Cansford farm is situated high on the north Cornish coast and is first mentioned in 986AD.  We established our Jersey herd in 1967 and by grazing age-old permanent pastures infused with herbs, their milk has a rich, individual flavour. We have produced traditional clotted cream here since 1970.

Our Jersey Cow Farm Shop is situated in Bude, where you can sit and enjoy freshly-prepared sandwiches, savouries or a proper-Cornish cream tea and purchase any of our products including farm-produced preserves, ciders, honey, pickles, relish and fudge.
